Registration fee includes course materials, refreshment breaks and lunches. Hotel accommodations and hotel fees are separate. Please specify under "Comments" if you have special lunch requirements (Vegetarian, Kosher, Gluten Free, Allergy etc.). Pre-registered attendees will need to present their registration confirmation or ID at the registration desk. Course material will be available onsite. Payment must be received in full in order to attend the course. Swiss companies are subject to VAT. Companies headquartered outside of Switzerland are exempted from taxation.
Cancellation, Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Nicolas Ponce at nicolas.ponce@unisg.ch prior to the start of the training course. If cancellations are received one month prior to the start date of the course, a full refund, minus a 100 Swiss Francs handling fee will be issued. After that time, no refunds will be granted. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and airline reservations. ISPE and the Institute of Technology Management, University of St. Gallen, are not responsible for lost airfares due to cancellations. Instructors are subject to change without notice.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
ISPE will provide continuing education units (ISPE CEUs) for all courses. Verification of CEUs is based on attendance as well as satisfactory completion of all evaluation materials. Statements of credit will be sent via email within four weeks of completion of evaluation materials.
Instructors
Instructors selected to present the course are leading professionals in their fields. However, it may be necessary to make substitutions. Every possible effort will be made to substitute an instructor with comparable qualifications. Every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy. ISPE and the Institute of Technology Management, University of St. Gallen, do not assume responsibility for information distributed or contained in these events, or for any opinion expressed. Liability
ISPE and the Institute of Technology Management, University of St. Gallen, reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event at any time. ISPE and the Institute of Technology Management, University of St. Gallen, are not responsible for any airfare/hotel penalties or other travel charges incurred as a result of a schedule change/cancellation. In the case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or other circumstances that prevent the possibility of holding a course, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration minus expenses incurred in connection with the training. There shall be no future liability on the part of either party.
