The last year's St. Gallen Productionmanagement Conference followed the topic: “Return on Operations”.
14 experts of the production industry and university were presenting the core challenges of the producing industry. Furthermore, they gave interesting and deep insights in their businesses and showed their best practice solutions to handle issues such as complexity & quality management, OPEX and Corporate Governance.
Prof. Friedli, Prof. von Essen and Prof. Schuh gave an update on latest research and outlined the strong connection between universities and industry enterprises.
During the Q&A sessions the about 70 participants shared their thoughts with the speakers which resulted in a critical and enriching discussion. In the beautiful foyer of the Einstein Hotel the participants were able to network and having in some cases deeper exchanges with each-other as well as with the speakers and the research associates of the University of St. Gallen.

The traditional St. Gallen Productionmanagement Conference 2015 was a full success and the Institute of Technology Management of the University of St. Gallen looks forward to the 2016’s conference under the topic “Make or Break”.
